The Middle Years Program
Making Hope Happen
The Chavez Middle Years Program (MYP) is the only program offered in San Bernardino City Unified School District that seamlessly aligns curriculum and global philosophies for high achieving students. Students begin the MYP in the 6th grade and continue throughout their academic career ending in 10th grade. Chavez MYP students may continue in the program at either Arroyo Valley High School or Cajon High School.

Global Context
Students learn best when their learning experiences have context.
